Welcome to Silent Secrets! This is a literate Warriors roleplay, based around the Warriors book series written by Erin Hunter. This forum is for those who are relatively confident in their writing capabilities. Below you will find all there is to know about the site, as well as all the rules that must be followed. This thread is a mandatory read, meaning you MUST read this before you continue on to creating a character application. Reading this page will make you understand the way the site runs a little better, so there will be less confusion and less of a chance for you to break the rules.

INTRODUCTION TO SILENT SECRETS
This site runs on a one character per account system. Your account will be connected to everything your character can do, so it is best to set your account name to be the same thing as your character. EACH PERSON MAY HAVE A MAXIMUM OF FOUR CHARACTERS. If you wish to exceed this amount, you will have to buy the EXTRA APPLICATION item. To purchase the EXTRA APPLICATION item, or any other item, you will have to have enough BONES in your collection to be able to purchase them. BONES are what we use as currency here at Silent Secrets. To learn more about BONES, you can go to the BONE SHOP for more information.
This particular Warriors roleplay is STATLESS. Meaning you do not need to create fighting stats for your characters. This leaves more time to create a good application with extra character development. Your writing is what is really important here, so we will keep it as simple as possible.
Silent Secrets is a roleplay based around four new Clans; StoneClan, WaveClan, LeafClan, and DarkClan. These Clan's are all contained within very specific surroundings, allowing each Clan to develop their own set of unique skills. StoneClan cats are excellent at sneaking, making them formidable opponents when being challenged within their own territory. WaveClan cats are accustomed to wet, slippery conditions, and have developed impeccable grip and skill at swimming through tough current. LeafClan cats make their home in the tall tree tops of their forest home, making them incredibly agile and swift; amazing balance keeps them safe in the branches. Finally DarkClan is a more nocturnal group, choosing to spend most of their time awake when Silverpelt is high in the sky. Because of this, the Clan's eyesight and hearing are even more keen than most.

The large image avatar maximum size on this site is 200X300 pixels. The smaller hover image is 180X100 pixels.
This site does not allow signatures. Sorry for the inconvenience, but it keeps our boards streamlined and clean.
RULES
1. Silent Secrets is a friendly environment intended to provide a fun space for everyone. Harassment and insults will not be tolerated, and will earn you a suspension from the site.
2. ABSOLUTELY NO PORNOGRAPHIC / DISGUSTING CONTENT. Period.
3. When in character, do not Godmod. This means taking control of another person's character and doing what you want without their say. Remember you aren't writing a book, you are working with others. Play fairly.
4. In the event of a StarClan contact or a dangerous enemy, the administrator / mods of the site must be informed beforehand. Posts from both sources will be typed out, just like any other character, but the poster will be switched over to an NPC. You can find an example of this with a list of our current NPC's HERE.
5. Certain things are restricted without purchase. This includes on character applications. Check out the Bone Shop to see what is restricted and what you would need to purchase.
6. Graphics must be originally made, or the photos / work used to make it must be stock and royalty free. This will prevent you from getting in trouble for copyright infringement. If you are having trouble finding a good site for stock kitties, you can find a good one HERE.
7. In the in character boards, try your best to avoid talking out of character. If you must do some planning, take it over to the Character Plotting boards, or talk it over in the Chatterbox.
8. The last, and corniest rule of all is to HAVE FUN! This place is a nice little escape from reality, so lets keep it that way!
