When their hope is lost

Faith shattered & abandoned

During the bitter frost



Who holds the forest

When the stars are veiled

Cats starving & sickly

During the snowy gale



Who will come forth

When clans need reason

To divide or redeem them

During the new season



What should they follow

When they emerge from grief

To chaos or harmony

During this greenleaf
